All tour bookings are subject to availability and are considered confirmed only after full or partial payment is received and a confirmation voucher is issued by Planet Leisure Tourism LLC.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email, WhatsApp, or through our official communication channels.
More than 48 hours before tour date:
Eligible for a full refund, excluding bank charges, payment gateway fees, or service charges (if applicable).
24 to 48 hours before tour date:
50% cancellation charges will apply.
Less than 24 hours before tour date or No-show:
No refund will be provided.
Certain tours (such as desert safari, theme parks, yacht rentals, private tours, or special events) may have stricter cancellation policies due to supplier rules.
We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as:
Weather conditions
Government restrictions
Operational or safety concerns
Minimum booking requirements not met
In such cases, customers will be offered:
A full refund, or
An alternative tour/date of equal value
Approved refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment.
Refund processing time may take 7–14 working days, depending on banks or payment providers.
Any bank or transaction charges incurred during payment or refund processing are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for:
Failure to arrive at the pickup point on time
Failure to carry valid identification or required documents
Refusal to participate in the tour after confirmation
Requests for date changes or modifications must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Amendments are subject to availability and supplier approval.
Additional charges may apply if rates differ.
No refunds will be provided for unused portions of tours, early departures, or partially utilized services.
Child tickets, promotional offers, discounted packages, and combo deals may have non-refundable conditions.
Private tours and customized itineraries may have separate cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
Planet Leisure Tourism LLC shall not be held liable for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or pandemics.
